Francia and her sisters, were raised in a home with a celebrity father. She is fluent in Spanish as well as English fluently. Francia began taking dance lessons when she was five years old. They did not concentrate on a particular type of dance. The classes included all kinds of dance, including jazz to tap, Polynesian hip-hop and acrobatics. Additionally, she attended classes in sports such as ice skating and karate. In her junior high year she was also studying acting and modelling.
